It’s hard to believe it has been 2 weeks since my last update.

As my friend David said, “I’m busy, but it’s the best kind of busy”!

Someone asked me the other day – what do you do?
How do you decide where to spend your time?

The answer is pretty simple:

I’m full time on sales.
I’m full time on fundraising.
I’m full time on networking.
And, full time on tech development.

I liken running a startup to the game of whack-a-mole…

Yep, that about sums it up!

Seed Investment Round

Thanks very much to those of you who have either suggested people for me to talk with, or even set up the meetings.

Apparently, meeting with investors is a little bit like dating. Is there an attraction, do we have anything in common, or is this a person with whom I want to spend the next 10 years?

The Founder Institute suggests I will need to meet with 100 potential investors over the next 8 weeks. That’s a lot of coffee and a lot of talking!

Does your retailer offer same-day deliveries?

If you have a favourite store, and they don’t offer same day delivery (and let’s face it, very few of them do), then it would be awesome if you could tell them about Passel! Maybe a quick note:

“Hey, retailer, I am sure people would buy more from you if they could have their order inside 3 hours! Please check out www.passel.com.au for all the info!”

Passel in the news

Well, we were buzzing to be mentioned amongst some Melbourne startup royalty in 40 Melbourne Startups To Watch in 2017.

I would also like to thank everyone who tagged me or shared with me, or sent my information to Walmart when it was announced that Walmart was asking employees to deliver on the way home!
